ORDERING INFORMATION
All prices on our website are in Australian dollars and include Australian Goods-and-Services-Tax. Overseas customers do not pay this tax and should multiply prices by 10/11 to get the ex GST price.
Placing an order is simple when using our online shopping cart. Just select the items you want as you browse our site and then provide your details as you checkout! Our shopping cart is protect by 128 bit SSL encryption, as secured by GeoTrust, so you can shop with confidence.
If you still feel uncomfortable making payment online, you can fax us your payment details to (02) 8003 9849. Simply select bank transfer in the check out and make a note in the comments field. Please be assured that any details you provide, by which ever method you chose, are strictly confidential.
Payment can be made via major credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX AND JCB - or by direct payment into our corporate ANZ bank account. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cheques or money orders unless they are banked directly into our corporate account and are in Australian dollars.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship all Australian domestic orders using Australia Post Registered Post with insurance, which requires a signature upon delivery. Our well trained packing staff take great care in ensuring that your purchases are more than adequately protected on their journey to you and a packing list and payment receipt accompanies all goods.
Australian & New Zealand shipping rates are based on the value of your order and the region in which you live. For the Rest of the World, shipping rates will be calculated on an individual basis determined by the weight of the items purchased. Insurance and/or Registered Post is extra for all International orders.
